Preparation of test panels
1. 噴涂底材：   ABS塑膠板50mm×140mm×2mm
1. Substrates:     ABS plastic panel 50mm×140mm×2mm
2. 素材：酒精擦拭。
3. 漆膜厚度：35±5 μm
3. Film thickness: 35±5μm
4. 烘烤：（70～80）℃×30min干燥，放置7天后測試

5. 稀釋：蒸餾水

注意事項：
Notes:
1. 涂料應密封，于陰涼處保存，防水、防曬、防高溫、遠離火源。
1. Sealed and stored in dry and cool environment. Kept away from water, sunshine, high-temperature and fire.
2. 涂料在室溫下不開罐的貯存期為六個月。
2. Storage period of coating is six months in room temperature under tank sealing condition.
3. 稀釋使用前須用200目濾網過濾，以除去可能混入的雜質。
3. Thinner should be filtrated by 200# silk copper gauze before used.
4. 閃光漆開稀后，用120目銅網過濾，其他漆200目的濾網過濾，然后使
用。
4. Flash paints should be filtrated by 120# grids copper gauze, the other filtrated by 200# silk bolting cloth before used.
5. 涂料開罐后應充分攪拌均勻，主劑和固化劑混合后，常溫下活化期為4小時，應在規定的時間內用完。
